Makers Forward, LLC acquires New Hampshire Industries, Inc and Phoenix Distribution

Claremont, New Hampshire, December 6, 2019 – square foot production facility in Claremont, NH. All existing employees and management are now part of NHI Mechanical Motion, LLC and will focus on continuing to develop NHI into a world class manufacturer and marketer of mechanical motion products.

Originally founded in the 1960’s, NHI is a leader in the engineering and production of mechanical motion products including pulleys, idlers, bearings, mechanical assemblies, etc. for the outdoor power equipment, conveyor, forklift, agricultural and mining, and several other end markets. The company designs, manufactures, and markets its products through proprietary processes from the Claremont, NH facility and is an essential supplier to several market leading customers, including John Deere, MTD Corp, Toro, Generac, Amazon, Tractor Supply, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift, and numerous others.
